Opened items are final sale. Returns and refunds are only available for items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once the product box or packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return, exchange or refund. Please review your order carefully before opening it.
Damage-free guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email nebulanights.us@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund for that item. If we ask you to return it, we give you instructions and cover the return shipping. Please do not mail anything back before receiving our instructions.
Change of mind: outside the EU and UK, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, unless required by applicable law.
Shipping Protection (optional add-on): if you purchased Shipping Protection and your package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will reship your order or refund it in full.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by this policy.
EU and UK customers: eligible online purchases carry a 14-day right to cancel after delivery, even for a change of mind. To use it, email us a clear cancellation request within that period; you then have 14 days to return the item. The item must be returned unopened, in its original sealed packaging. We will provide the return address. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind cancellation. We refund the item price and any standard outbound delivery charge, as required by law, and may wait to refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Legal exceptions may apply. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
